Outcome Program/Evaluation
Program evaluation ranges from assessment of structure and processes of an agency’s service delivery to long-range outcome evaluations involving administration and analysis of various client assessments, focus groups and case notes

We provide performance measurement development and outcome evaluation to meet agenciy requirements by major federal and foundation funders

We work with clients to develop, execute and analyze process/outcome of program evaluations and compliance monitoring through:

•review & monitor program processes
•quantitative & qualitative analyses of data

Collaborative and Coalition Building
For over ten years we've built multi-agency coalitions, & assisted in developing coalitions for homeless collaboratives & implemented service programs. We provide technical assistance to nonprofits, city boards & staff while bringing agencies together to coordinate services, collaborate on specific issues and/or develop formal coalitions
